Ghorm is a gigantic worm that goes around the center of the map in a circle; it won't stop to fight you until you can do enough damage to it. I recommend having Iron equipment along with a bow in order to hurt it in the small window where it passes by a part of its tunnel.

Anti-Melee boss design - A lot of the bosses in this game just feel like they were designed to be played with a Ranged weapon, which is fine, but why not give the option to a Melee class to also be able to deal damage from range. This isnt the biggest problem in the early game, its annoying, but its fine.
Mana: Your reserve of energy for casting magic. Mana recharges fairly quickly, but some magical weapons can use a hefty amount of Mana for a single attack.
Glurch can jump quite far; when Glurch lands, it can destroy any wall tiles nearby. You'll want to make sure that you don't accidentally lead Glurch toward your base. Make sure you have plenty of room to move around!
The first time I saw glowing red eyes blinking in the dark in one of the more distant biomes I got so panicked I wound up swinging a berry pudding I had in my inventory instead of my sword. Fighting igneous slime boss is one of the most frustrating fights I've ever experienced in any video game Core Keeper Gameplay in my entire life. I made burn proof food, but between random fire moths that keep spawning and the bosses attacks, it becomes a bullet hell fight.
This requires highly optimised play, making use of all the best available gear, consumables and skill tree talents. Or an extreme degree of caution and cheesing the bosses.
Personally I'm recommending the game for solo players (pelo personal experience with multiplayer yet). I enjoyed it a lot, I found it quite polished for an Early Access game, and with more contet coming, it's bound to get even better.
